The worksheets are in PDF format and designed to be completed independently from your computer to afford versatility and safekeeping of the information that involves other members within your family.
Things to consider:
- Replace the information in "red" with your own and remove the notes information in "green" from the document. Customize each docment you prepare and verify the accuracy of the informtion before you submit it.
- Save your information and keep all correspondence until the matter is resolved. Protect your account information and avoid sending personal account information via email or internet.
- When saving information to an external source such as a "jump drive" consider encrypting the drive to avoid unauthorzed access to your information and documents.
